PROJECTS Meet Kate supports projects in and around the midsized town Agona Swedru and the village of Ekwamkrom in the Central Region of Ghana. These projects are managed by local initiators. Meet Kate supports them financially with the intention to help each project become financially independent in time. The projects target young Ghanaians and help them build a better future for themselves. They give these children shelter and schooling but also love and an opportunity to have fun. Meet Kate has four projects: The Meet Kate Children's Home, a daycare center, a primary school and a scholarship program. Since 2007, we also have a partnership with FrankEve’s vocational training school for girls. Moreover, we have different agricultural projects in place to make the Meet Kate projects self-reliant. We hope to support many more of these beautiful initiatives along the way.
